Manages accounts for both acute care and clinic transcription. Works both with the customer and MT and promptly handles the daily needs of both the customers and NEMT staff.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (SUMMARY):
Maintains a current list of MTs for accounts and works with them to ensure their satisfaction in the job.
Maintain regular communication with MTs by performing monthly interviews with the MTs.
Coordinates vacation and time off requests.
Manages the work flow of his/her accounts.
Helps with figuring and distributing bonus checks to MTs on a quarterly basis.
Works with HR to request new MTs as needed by analyzing work flow and volume to keep work in TAT.
Monitors quality of work by working with the editors and works with both HR and the MT to resolve any situations.
Monitors the work and its return to the client.
Monitors stats.
Asses historical work flow of client by day, week and hour to establish patterns.
Qualifications: Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in medical transcription management. Would prefer experience with a medical transcription company, but not required. Lallard@Comcast.net

Must have DVI Voice Wave foot pedal and high speed internet for accounts starting in November (other USB pedals not compatible). Starting pay is 0.085 cents/65 ch line for first 90 days of total QA review with increase at that point to 0.09 cents/65 ch line. Possibility of moving up to 9 cents after 30days depending on quality of work. Must be willing to undergo background investigation as these are govt facilities.
